J&K Witnesses Rise in Crimes against Women, 247 Rape Victims.

J&K has witnessed a shocking rise in crimes against women  the National Crime Records Bureau’s latest report has revealed. As per the data available in NCRB’s “Crime in India 2020” report, J&K recorded a shocking 243 rape cases involving 247 victims.
