Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for vacant positions required under the project titled “National Mission for Sustaining the Himalayan Ecosystem Agriculture” funded by the Department of Science&Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology, GOI purely on a contractual basis (co-terminus with the project) in the office of Division of Soil Science, Faculty of Horticulture, SKUAST Kashmir, Shalimar campus.

Essential: BSc in Agriculture/ Horticulture with Postgraduate in Soil Science/ Agronomy/ Plant Breeding Genetics
Desirable: Experience in climate change studies/ remote sensing&GIS

Emoluments/ month :
Project Associate (01 No) @31,000/+ HRA for 1st and 2nd year and @35,000/ month+ HRA for 3rd& 4th year and @42,000/ month+ HRA for 5* year
Project Assistant : 01 Post
Essential Qualification :
Essential: BSc in Agriculture/ Horticulture with Post graduate in Soil Science/ Agronomy/ Fruit Science/ Environmental Science/Plant Breeding Genetics
Desirable: Experience in climate change studies/ remote sensing +GIS
Emoluments/ month :
Project Assistant @ 20,000/ month+ HRA for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year and @23,000/month (increment of 15%)+ HRA for 4th and 5th year
Age : Below 35 years relaxed upto40 years for SC/ST.
