The MeT department forecast hot and dry weather to continue in Jammu Kashmir throughout the day.
The weatherman said that conditions are favourable for the southwest monsoon to advance into Jammu and Kashmir over the next 48 hours.
“Conditions are favourable for the arrival of monsoon into J&K during 30th (June) -1st July,” an official of the meteorological department here told GNS.
