Speaking at the press conference at his Gupkar residence in Srinagar, MY Tarigami targeted the BJP government over the issue of Panchayats. “It is just over the papers. On the ground DDC members, BDC members, Sarpanches are suffering immensely. The promises are as bogus as the ones made last year when the pro-establishment leaders met Narendra Modi in New Delhi. ” he said.
