Google Job Recruitment 2022: Google is hiring an experienced Technical Solutions Engineer, AppSheet, Google Cloud Support at their Bengaluru location. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will combine software development, networking, and systems administration expertise with an aptitude for technical consulting, troubleshooting and analysis.
You will work across multiple customer-facing teams to improve the product’s outlook, while also ensuring that global businesses and organizations continue to be successful. You are a technical solutions authority, helping Googlers and customers approach and resolve technology problems and design Google-scale services.

Qualification: Graduate
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
– 2 years of experience in technical support, professional services, engineering, sustaining engineering, or systems engineering.
– Experience reading or debugging code in Java, C, C++, .NET, Python, Shell, Go, Perl, and/or JavaScript.

Preferred qualifications:
– Experience with cloud technology solutions and/or running and supporting systems at scale.
– Experience with cloud storage solutions, SQL database administration, Google App Engine, Cloud networking solutions, and/or distributed computing technology.
– Understanding of;
web development protocols (i.e., HTML5, AJAX, XML, JSON, RFCs 2109/2965, 1945/2616).
operating systems from Kernel to shell and beyond, including system libraries, file systems, and client-server protocols.
managed computer software, web application, and admin/troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities:
– Own the customer’s problem through effective diagnosis, resolution, or implementation of new investigation tools to increase productivity for customer issues on no-code app development platform.
– Develop an in-depth understanding of Google’s product technology and underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, determining the root cause for customer reported issues, and building tools for faster diagnosis, so we can identify and resolve future issues quickly.
– Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in Engineering, Sales, and customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Google Cloud.
– Work closely with multiple products and engineering teams to find ways to improve the product, and interact with our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to drive high-quality production.
– Understand customer issues and advocate for their needs with cross-functional teams like Product Management or Software Engineering.
