INDIAN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT (IIM) JAMMU INVITES ONLINE APPLICATIONS FOR FOR THE BELOW-MENTIONED POSITIONS.

Name of Posts:

1. Management Trainees: 02 Posts.
To assist the various Department/ Activity Heads of the Institute.
– Qualification: Master’s degree preferably in Management with minimum 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record. Proficient in MS Office is a must.
– Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in institute of repute and universities will be preferred.
– Upper age limit:30 years.
– Consolidated emoluments: Rs.20,000-25,000 per month depending upon qualification and experience.

2. IT & Systems Trainee: 02 Posts.
To assist System Manager in IT-related work/activity of the Institute.
– Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology or MCA with minimum 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record.
– Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in institute of repute and universities will be preferred.
– Upper age limit: 30 years.
– Consolidated emoluments: Rs.20,000-25,000 per month depending upon qualification and experience.

3. Library Trainees: 02 Posts.
To assist the Librarian in offering library services to the faculty and the students and documentation of library activities.
– Qualification: Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science with minimum 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record
– Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in institute of repute and universities will be preferred.
– Upper age limit: 30 years.
– Consolidated emoluments: Rs.20,000 – 25,000 depending upon qualification and experience. The contract will be for a period of one year which may be extended further based on performance.

4. Part-Time Female Doctor: 01 Posts.
– Qualification: MBBS with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university /Institute.
– Experience: Minimum 05 years’ experience.
– Honorarium: Consolidated Rs. 1,000/- (all inclusive) per hour per visit. No other allowance or benefit will be admissible. Visiting Timing is one hour from Monday to Friday. The visiting hours may be increased if required.

Note: – Appointment shall be purely contractual. Selection will be based on a personal interview. No. T.A./D. A will be paid to the candidates called for interview. The shortlisted candidate will be called for walk-in-interview at IIM Jammu Campus.

5. Consultant (Accounts & Compliance): 01 Posts.
– Qualification: Candidates must be any graduate with 50% marks. Preference will be given to the candidates having post-graduation degree and having knowledge of MS Office.
– Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in the accounts/audit department of a Central Govt. organizations. Retired officers of Indian Accounts and Audit Department preferably from a commercial background and other Government of India, Autonomous bodies holding the post of Sr. Audit Officers / Accounts Officers with experience of handling the finance, Internal audit and administrative matters in organized audit & accounts department. Candidate must have sound knowledge of Government regulations in the procurement of Goods &Service-related matters, GFR 2017 and HR-related matters. Experience at IIMs/IITs or CFITs or Autonomous Institutions under GOI in the accounts department will be preferred.
– Upper age limit: 65 years.
– Consolidated emoluments: Consolidated salary in the range of Rs. 45,000/- to 55,000/- per month. (Telephone & Conveyance as applicable).
