J&K BOPEE MD/MS Courses Notification 2022
Subject : Filling up of MD/MS Courses .2021 Management Scats of Hindu Minority (HM) and Non- Resident Indians (NRI) Quota of ASCOMS, Jammu through Joint Counselling by J&K BOPEE.
Notification No: 026- BOPEE of 2022 Dated: 06•11-2022
All those NEET – PG 2022 qualified candidates, whose names figured m Provisional Merit list (PMI) of MD/MS Courses-2022 and are interested for admission to MD/MS Courses of ASCOMS under Hindu Minority and NRI management quota seats are advised to submit their documents on the prescribed Performa (Annexure-A and Annexure-B) along with all relevant/required documents physically in BOPEE office Srinagar/Jammu w.e.f. from 7″ November 2022 to 9″ November, 2022.
Note-1
(a) ‘Hindu Minority IHM) scats under management quota shall be filled up from the NEET-PG qualified candidates belonging to Hindu Religion only with the condition that they shall produce latest relevant document/certificate issued by the concerned competent authority.
(B) NRI seats shall be filed up on the basis of merit cum preferences provided the necessary NRI documents are complete in all respects. Only such candidates shall be considered under NKr/Hindu Minority quota who are
(i) Domicile of )&K,
(ii) have applied under NEET-PG 2022 and

(iii) have been found eligible to participate/compete against the J&k seats;
The eligibility criteria for competing under NRI quota seats shall be as under.-
(Category 1): Where applicant himself/herself is NRI and family originally belongs to J&K.
(Category 2): Children/Ward of NRI who originally belong to UT of Jammu and Kashmir.
Any other condition as notified by the Government of India/ Government of J&K or any direction given by the Supreme Court, of India, on this regard to compete for such seats.
Note-2 :
1. The above documents are required in addition to all other documents that candidates were required to submit as notified in earlier notifications through online mode and in conformity with the e- Information Brochure.
2. The above categories are not priorities but for determination of eligibility only and the seats shall be filled up on the basis of NEET Merit
3. The fee shall be as notified in Information Brochure or as may be notified by the Government of J&K from time to time.
