J&K HIGHWAY TRAFFIC UPDATE FOR TOMORROW (18 January, 2022)

Jammu Srinagar Highway Traffic Update Tomorrow

Tomorrow, subject to fair weather and better road condition, LMVs (Passenger/Private Cars) one-way LMVs traffic from Srinagar towards Jammu on Jammu-Srinagar NHW.
However, TCU Jammu/Srinagar shall liaise with TCU Ramban before releasing the traffic.

CUT OFF TIMING:
LMVsFrom Qazigund 09:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs.
No Vehicle shall be allowed before and after cut-off timing.

HMVs: Shall be allowed from either side depending upon the road condition.

MUGHAL ROAD Traffic Update Tomorrow

Mugal Road closed for vehicular traffic in view of snow accumulation at Peer Ki Gali.

SSG ROAD (Srinagar-Kargil Highway) Traffic Update Tomorrow

SSG Road closed for vehicular traffic in view of snow accumulation on Zoji La axis.

No vehicular movement shall be allowed in view of snow accumulation.

People are advised to undertake journey on NHW-44 only after confirming the status of the road from Traffic control units as under:-
