J&K HIGHWAY TRAFFIC UPDATE TOMORROW (4th November).
Tomorrow, subject to fair weather and better road condition, LMVs (Passenger) shall be allowed from both sides on Jammu-Srinagar NHW viz Jammu towards Srinagar and vice-versa.
However, TCU Jammu/Srinagar shall liaise with TCU Ramban before releasing the traffic.
LMVs from Nagrota (Jammu) 06:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs.
From Jakheni (Udhampur) 07:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs.
From Navyug Tunnel (Qazigund side) 07:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs. No Vehicle shall be allowed before and after cut-off timing.
HMVs: Shall be allowed from Udhampur towards Srinagar, after the tail of down traffic HMVs crosses Jakheni. However, TCU Udhampur shall liaise with TCU Ramban before releasing the traffic.
Security Forces are advised/requested not to ply against advisory/traffic. They may ply from Jammu towards Srinagar, after confirming the status of NHW.
Subject to fair weather and good road conditions, LMVs from both sides and HMVs (upto 12 tyres) from Srinagar towards Poonch shall be allowed.
LMVs from Behramgalla 08:00 hrs upto 15:00 hrs.
LMVs from Herapora 08:00 hrs upto 16:00 hrs.
HMVs from Herapora 09:00 hrs upto 15:00 hrs.
Tomorrow, subject to fair weather and better road condition, only one-way traffic from Srinagar towards Kargil shall be allowed.
LMVs from Sonamarg followed by HMVs will be released 09:00 hr upto 14:00 hrs.
No Vehicle shall be allowed before and after cut-off timing.
