J&K Sports Council and Sports Authority of India (SAI) – Khelo India Division under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports (GOI), has initiated of setting up the Khelo India State Centre of Excellence (KISCE) for Fencing at New Indoor Sports Complex, M.A. Stadium, Jammu & Rowing at Water Sports Centre, Srinagar to nurture the best talent of the UT of J&K
The Academies will be equipped with world class infrastructure and coaching facilities with adequate scientific backup, focused on participation in world sports tournaments, championships & Olympics.
In order to lead the High-Performance Centre, J&K Sports Council in coordination with Sports Authority of India (SAI), invites applications from eligible citizens of India for hiring of following manpower:

Masseur (02 Male & 02 Female) Grade 1 : 04 Posts

Strength & Conditioning Trainer Lead : 02 Posts
Age Limit : 45 years
Salary : 60,000-80,000
Conditioning Expert Grade II : 02 Posts
Age Limit : 45 years
Salary : 40,000-60,000
Physiotherapist Grade II : 02 Posts

How to Apply :
Interested candidates may apply in the prescribed format which shall be available on our official website www.jksportscouncil.com.
Applications duly signed alongwith self-attested copies of all educational qualification, experience and other testimonials as required to support the candidature of the applicant must be sent to the Secretary, J&K Sports Council, New Administrative Block, Bakshi Stadium, Srinagar- 190009 by 31st July, 2021 till 5:30 Pm. Only short-listed candidates shall be called for the interview.
GENERAL CONDITIONS :
Remuneration : Remuneration is to be fixed depending upon caliber and experience, on mutual agreement.
Tenure : The tenure based engagement will be for a period of four years based on satisfactory performance, periodic reviews, result orientated, etc. and at all times coterminous with the Khelo India Scheme.
Tax Deduction at Source : The Income Tax or any other tax liable to be deducted, as per the prevailing rules will be deducted, as per the prevailing rules will be deducted at source before effecting the payment, for which the Sports Council will issue TDS/Service Tax Certificates, as applicable.
Other Allowances : No TA/DA shall be admissible for joining the assignment or on its completion. No other facilities like DA, Accommodation, Residential Phone, Conveyance Transport, Personal Staff, Medical reimbursement, HRA and LTC etc. would be admissible.
Extension : Performance of the selected candidates would be continuously reviewed, and their extension will be considered on the basis of periodic review.
Leave : Selected candidates will be entitled for 30 days leave in a calendar year on pro-rata basis. Thereafter, candidates shall not draw any remuneration in case of his/her absence beyond 30 days in a year. Also unveiled leave in a calendar year will lapse and will not be carried forward to the next calendar year.
Confidentiality :
Selected persons will not be allowed to public a book or a compilation of articles or participate in a radio broadcast or contribute an article or anonymously or pseudonymous in the name of any other person, if such book, article, broadcast, uses any information that he/she may gather as part of this assignment.
During the period of engagement with Khelo India Centre, Employee would be subject to the provisions of the Indian Official Secret Atc, 1923 and will not divulge any information gathered by him/her during the period of his/her engagement to anyone who is not authorized to know.
The selected personnel at no instance can represent or give opinion or advice to others in any matter, which is adverse to the interest of the Government.
Other Conditions :
The applications received will be scrutinized/shortlisted on the basis of relevant experience and job description and the eligible candidates will be called for interview at cost to the applicant.
In case the performance of Candidate is not found satisfactory, his/her services will be discontinued after giving one-month notice.
Without any prejudice to the above condition, the candidate will be terminated from his services with immediate effect without any obligations, in case the candidate is found guilty of violating any of the conditions contained in the terms of employment or is guilty of any misconduct including negligence of duties, unauthorized absence, etc.
Decision of J&K Sports Council in all matters regarding eligibility, selection and posting would be final and binding upon all candidates. No representation or correspondence will be entertained by J&K Sports Council in this regard.
J&K Sports Council reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and/or the selection process at any state without assigning any reason.
The Administrative Secretary, Youth Services & Sports Department, J&K Govt. shall be the final authority in case of any dispute.
The appointment will be purely on tenure basis and does not confer any right to claim to permanent employment in J&K Sports Council.
Any litigation matters pertaining to employment at J&K Sports Council shall be restricted to the jurisdiction of J&K courts.
Organization reserves the right to terminate the contract, by giving one month notice to candidates.
