J&K Bank customers have faced issues in regards to making online payments as bank servers suffered outage hampering mpay and other apps.
“On Monday morning I had an exigency to transfer some amount to my son who is studying outside J&K but I failed to transfer it through JK Bank’s mPAY which came out of order”, a JK Bank customer.
Similar reports came from other parts of valley who appealed JK Bank authorities to address the issue at the earliest.
Public Relations Officer (PRO) J&K Bank Limited, Ajaz Ahmad Zargar, he said the experts are on job who are trying to restore the service soon.
“Besides mPAY there are other bank services came to halt. We have pressed experts into service. Hopefully the matter will be resolved soon”, the PRO said.
Notably JK Bank mPAY is a mobile app that allows a user to access his or her bank account using a smart phone.
