Kashmiri student who was arrested in Madhya Pradesh for posting an objectionable status on Whatsapp on the eve of the third anniversary of the Pulwama attack (14 February) has been booked under sedition.
Nasir Khuehami, spokesperson of Kashmir students Association providing the update on his Twitter wrote, “Kashmiri student who was arrested after his controversial posts on social media pertaining to the Pulwama Terror Attack in 2019 came to light, has been booked under Sedition with U/S Indian Penal Code Sections 124A (sedition), 153A & 505.”

Quoting College Principal Spokesperson of J&K students association Nasir Khuehami had said that the student posted a video of the slain Jawans of Pulwama attack on social media and wrote: “it as Babri’s revenge”.
