T20 World Cup: India Play Afghanistan in Do or Die Match, New Zealand vs Scotland.

T20 World Cup will see two vital clashes as New Zealand take on Scotland and India play Afghanistan in a do or die match for the Men in Blue.

New Zealand vs Scotland

New Zealand will be looking to take their semi final charge forward against Scotland today. The Kiwis after defeat to Pakistan came back strongly to beat India. Kane Williamson will be looking to ensure that his team now goes on a winning run to reach the semis.

New Zealand know a win here and in their next 2 games against Namibia and Afghanistan will secure a semi final spot regardless of results elsewhere.

For Scotland the tournament is now about face saving as they play Pakistan and India after this match.

WHERE TO WATCH:

The match will be aired live on Star Sports channels – Star Sports 1, Star Sports 1 HD, Star Sports 3 and Star Sports 3 HD, and DD Sports. The game will also be available on Hotstar app for streaming.

TIMING:

The game begins at 3:30 PM (IST) on Wednesday (November 3).

India vs Afghanistan

If India are to revive their fading World Cup hopes then this is the match to do it. They will have to beat Afghanistan and beat them good to stand a chance of qualifying for the semis.

Going by the recent form this will be a formidable task, but one that Kohli and his side will relish. Despite recent defeats India has the capability to outplay Afghanistan and threaten qualification from here on.

For Afghanistan this World Cup could still end in disappoint despite memorable performances. A win against India or New Zealand will flip the script entirely. They have world class spinners and back themselves in batting regardless of the conditions.

This boom or bust approach could see them crash or make this a tournament to remember for Mohammad Nabi and his men.

WHERE TO WATCH:

The match will be aired live on Star Sports channels – Star Sports 1, Star Sports 1 HD, Star Sports 3 and Star Sports 3 HD, and DD Sports. The game will also be available on Hotstar app for streaming.

TIMING:

The game begins at 7:30 PM (IST) on Wednesday (November 3).
