A woman who was critically injured on Tuesday in forces’ action in Seer Hamdan village has been referred to Srinagar for specialized treatment.
The woman, identified as Jameela, wife of Ghulam Mohi-ud-din Sheikh, was critically injured after forces went berserk in Seer Hamdan village early Tuesday, reports said.
She was initially treated at Sub-district hospital Seer Hamdan where from she was shifted to District Hospital Anantnag.
“She has been hit on her head,” said a doctor at District Hospital Anantnag, adding that she was referred to Srinagar for advanced treatment.
