SRINAGAR: In a significant development, Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo chaired a high-level meeting with Administrative Secretaries to address challenges related to promotions and compassionate appointments in Jammu and Kashmir government departments.
The meeting highlighted the availability of 4825 non-gazetted and 272 gazetted vacanciesunder the promotion quota.
