Indian Navy Recruitment 2022 for Artificer Apprentice (AA) and Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR) for 500 posts and 2000 vacant posts respectively

The Indian Navy invites Online applications from unmarried male candidates (who fulfil eligibility conditions as laid down by the Government of India) for enrolment as sailors for Artificer Apprentice (AA) and Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR) for 500 vacancies and 2000 vacancies (approximately) respectively in the Aug 2022 batch. The vacancies for SSR will be earmarked in a state-wise manner:

Vacancy details of Indian Navy Recruitment 2022:

1- Senior Secondary Recruit: 2,000 Posts
2- Artificer Apprentice: 500 Posts

Educational Qualifications for Indian Navy Recruitment 2022:

1- Artificer Apprentice (AA): Qualified in 10+2 examination and 60% or more marks in Maths and Physics and at least one of these subjects:- Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science from the Boards of School Education recognized by Ministry of Education, Govt. of India.
2- Senior Secondary Recruit (SSR): Qualified in 10+2 examination with Maths and Physics and at least one of these subjects: Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science from the Boards of School Education recognised by Ministry of Education, Govt. of India.

Age criteria of Indian navy Recruitment 2022:

Candidates should be born between 01 Aug 2002 to 31 Jul 2005 (Both dates inclusive).

Pay and Allowances of Indian Navy Recruitment 2022:

During the initial training period, a stipend of ₹ 14,600/- per month will be admissible. On successful completion of initial training, they will be placed in Level 3 of the Defence Pay Matrix (₹ 21,700- ₹ 69,100). In addition, they will be paid MSP @ ₹ 5200/- per month plus DA (as applicable) plus ‘X’ Group pay {only for Artificer Apprentice (AA)} @ ₹ 3600/- per month plus DA (as applicable) as under trainee and ₹ 6200/- per month plus DA on successful completion of AICTE recognised Diploma Course}.

How to Apply for Indian Navy Recruitment 2022:

Interested and Eligible candidates can apply online on the official website from 29 March 2022 to 05 April 2022. Before filling online application, keep matric certificate & 10+2 Mark sheet ready for reference.
Step 1- Register yourself on www.joinindiannavy.gov.in with your e-mail ID, if not registered already.
Step 2– ‘Login’ with the registered E-mail ID and Click on “Current Opportunities”.
Step 3– Click on “Apply” button.
Step 4– Fill up the Form completely. Before clicking the ‘Submit’ button make sure all the details are correct, all required documents are scanned in original & uploaded.
Step 5– Online applications will be further scrutinised for eligibility and may be rejected at any stage, if found ineligible in any respect.
Step 6– Photographs. Recent Good quality colour photograph with blue background to be uploaded.
