Human Resource Head

Responsibilities: Manage talent acquisition, manage human capital, implement organization’s mission & vision, develop & maintain the job-descriptions, development & management of company policies and procedures, develop training and performance management programs, manage conflict resolutions, manage legal compliances, weekly oversight & review of payroll process, monthly oversight & review of human resource budget.

Qualification & requirements: Master’s degree in human resource management, 5+ years of previous HR experience, robust knowledge of HR functions and best practices required, 2+ years of previous leadership experience overseeing a team of HR professionals, experience in large MNC will be plus, excellent interpersonal & communicational skills, ability to build strategies, effective negotiation skills.

Marketing Head

Responsibilities: Evaluate and optimize marketing & pricing strategies, analyze market trends and prepare forecasts, generate new business leads, increase brand awareness and market share, coordinate marketing strategies with all departments, manage branding & promotional campaigns, measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns & assess against goals, analyze consumer behavior, prepare and present quarterly & annual reports to senior management, manage print & social media, monthly oversight & review of marketing budget.

Qualification & requirements: Master’s degree in marketing management, 5+ years of previous marketing & product development experience, 2+ years of previous leadership experience overseeing a team of marketing professionals, extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, excellent leadership & collaboration abilities, strong time management & organizational abilities, exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills.

Salary: Starting salary 50 K per month
