- 36 life-saving drugs (including cancer & chronic illness medicines) fully exempt from basic customs duty.
- 10,000 additional medical college seats in 2025, with 75,000 seats to be added over five years.
4. Support for Micro Enterprises
- Customised credit cards with a ₹5 lakh limit for registered MSMEs.
5. Digital & Education Infrastructure
- Broadband connectivity for all government secondary schools and primary healthcare centres.
6. Nuclear Energy Mission
- Focus on advancing clean energy and nuclear power development.
7. Agriculture & Food Processing
- Establishment of the National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Management in Bihar.
