Name of the Posts: ASM/AM for Crop Protection Division & WSF (Water Soluble Fertilizers) Division in Kashmir/Srinagar.
Job Description:
1. To ensure achievement of given sale budget of Crop Protection in allocated Region.
2. To ensure achievement of payment collection as per criteria.
3. To ensure the percolation of pricing and commercial schemes as per the given structure.
4. To ensure business growth with existing and new addition of customers.
5. To ensure proper action plans to establish new product launch.
6. To monitor, marketing and product development activities in the given periphery.
7. To share desired monthly/Weekly/Fortnightly reports with full of authenticity.
8. To ensure complete use of allotted resources, Manpower, promotional inputs etc.
9. To keep regular touch with key customers supervising ongoing sales, payment activities.
10. To increase the business breadth and depth by entering untapped/key areas of the allotted markets.
11. To be responsible for team training, monitoring their activities
12. To ensure submission of all the market-related information like competitor’s activities, movement of products, crop information, forecast etc.
Qualification:-BSc /MSc Agriculture
Experience:-7-10 Years in relevant Industry and within Kashmir /Valley
Compensation:-As per Industry standards
