  • No income tax payable for incomes up to ₹12 lakh.

  • 36 life-saving drugs (including cancer & chronic illness medicines) fully exempt from basic customs duty.
  • 10,000 additional medical college seats in 2025, with 75,000 seats to be added over five years.

  • Customised credit cards with a ₹5 lakh limit for registered MSMEs.

5. Digital & Education Infrastructure

7. Agriculture & Food Processing

  • Establishment of the National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Management in Bihar.

8. Support for Gig Workers

  • ID cards for gig workers to facilitate access to government benefits.
