Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
– Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, Programming languages and remote connection systems.
– Troubleshooting hardware issues, software issues and network issues.
– Candidates with knowledge of SQL will be preferred.
