Indian Institute of Skiing and Mountaineering (IISM), Gulmarg (Government of India, Ministry of Tourism) is a modern and the most popular ski training institute in our country. This institute needs the services of Instructors on an honorarium basis; those are experts in different fields of adventure activities.

In this regards IISM is preparing a fresh panel of instructors for the conduction of summer/ winter training courses in IISM, Gulmarg and other different places of J&K, Leh and Ladakh under different projects.

Vacancy details of IISM Recruitment 2022:

Name of Pots: Instructors

1. SKI INSTRUCTORS:
Education qualification: Preferably graduate, minimum (10+2) with working knowledge of computer application.
Courses qualified: Should be qualified in basic, intermediate, advance ski/ snowboarding courses from a recognized govt institute with A Grade. Preference will be given to the person having prior teaching experience in ski training and won national ski championship.
Language: Should have good speaking and writing command over English. Must be able to speak & understand Hindi.
Age bar: 21 to 45 years of age. Age exemption can be considered for retired instructors from class I institutions.
MISC: Should be able to handle the wireless communication. Should have sufficient knowledge for providing first aid in case of emergency.

1. WATER SKIING:
Education qualification:  Preferably graduate, minimum (10+2) with working knowledge of computer application.
Courses qualified:  Should be qualified in water skiing course with A Grade, must be a good swimmer & should have prior experience of teaching water sports.
Language: Should have good speaking and writing command over English. Must be able to speak & understand Hindi.
Age bar: 21 to 45 years of age. Age exemption can be given to retired instructors from class I institutions.
MISC: Should be able to handle the wireless communication. Should have sufficient knowledge for providing first aid in case of emergency.

1. MOUNTAINEERING AND TREKKING:
Education qualification: Preferably graduate, minimum (10+2) with working knowledge of computer application.
Courses qualified: Should be qualified in basic &advance mountaineering courses from a recognized national institute. Preference will be given to instructors having prior teaching experience& qualified in M.O.I courses.
Language: Should have good speaking and writing command over English. Must be able to speak & understand Hindi.
Age bar: 21 to 45 years of age. Age exemption can be given to retired instructors from (class I) institutions.
MISC: Should be able to handle the wireless communication and should have sufficient knowledge for providing first aid in case of emergency.

4. HOT AIR BALLONING/PARASAILING:
Education qualification: Preferably graduate, minimum (10+2) with working knowledge of computer application.
Courses qualified: Should be qualified in subject aero sport courses from a recognized institute. Should have prior hot air ballooning/para sailing teaching experience. Should have Knowledge of Space management in aero sports.
Language: Should have good speaking and writing command over English. Must be able to speak & understand Hindi.
Age bar: 21 to 45 years of age. Age exemption can be given to retired instructors from class I institutions.
MISC: Should be able to handle the wireless communication and should have sufficient knowledge for providing first aid in case of emergency.
