Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission, JERC for UT of J&K and UT of Ladakh invites applications for engagement of individual consultants for assisting the commission in discharging its functions under Electricity Act, 2003 and Regulations made there under.
The candidate must be B.E/B.Tech Electrical and should be below 62 years of age as on 1st May 2022.
The Consolidated monthly remuneration shall be Rs. 60,000/-.
Candidate should possess minimum experience of 5 years in the fields of Regulatory /power sectors/ changes in the power sector in India /various Legislations/ Regulations/ Govt. policies/ Tariff Policies/ National Electricity Policy/ directions of Hon’ble APTEL and Hon’ble Supreme Court relating to power sector.

Engagement of Consultant on contract basis shall be for a period of two years, further extendable by another two years (on yearly basis).
