J&K BOPEE Provisional selection list of candidates for Admission to Various Courses 2022

Subject : Provisional selection list of candidates for admission to B.Sc Nursing/ B.Sc. Paramedical/B.Sc. Technology Courses-2022

Reference            : Notification No. 064-BOPEE of 2022 dated 23-09-2022.

Consequent upon issuance of Notification No. 064-BOPEE of 2022 dated 23-09-2022, regarding filling of online preferences for B.Sc. Nursing /B.Sc. Paramedical/ B.Sc Technology Courses 2022 from the eligible candidates, the list of candidates provisionally selected for admission to B.Sc. Nursing /B.Sc. Paramedical/B.Sc Technology Courses 2022 in various Government /Private Colleges / Institutions of the UT of J&K, is hereby notified as per Annexure “A” to this Notification, which shall be available on the official website of the Board viz
www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

The candidates are advised to report to their respective allotted Colleges/Institutions from 21-11-2022 to 28-11-2022 (upto 4.00 pm) along with following documents: –

1. Date of Birth Certificate

2. Marks card of 10+2 with (PCB)

3. Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K and for the candidates of UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Ladakh shall be treated as domicile certificate.

4. Category Certificate, if any

5. Any other certificate/document as required by the college authorities.

The candidates who have been allotted seats during the first round of online counselling in accordance with their merit / preferences shall have to join the allotted Colleges / Institutions upto 28-11-2022 positively and in case any candidate fails to join against his /her allotted seat(s) in respective College(s) shall not be eligible to participate in second round of up-gradation/allotment counselling under any circumstances. It shall be sole responsibility of the College/ Institution concerned to ensure proper checking/verification of documents
strictly as per INC guidelines /eligibility before the candidate is allowed for admission to a join a course against which he/she is  provisionally selected for.

The Colleges/ Institutions shall submit the shortfall, if any, to BOPEE Office, Jammu/Srinagar upto 05.00 PM on 28-11-2022
through e-mail jakbopee@gmail.com/ helpdeskjakbopee@gmail.com /coejakbopee@gmail.com.

In view of the limited time available for conducting future
counselling, all participating Institutions/ Colleges shall be
directed to treat all Sundays and Gazetted holidays as working
days especially for the concerned admission sections.

Note :
1. Rule 17 of Reservation Rules has been duly applied and is reflected against each candidate wherever it has been
applied.

2. In view of the fact that the matter regarding CDP category is subjudice in the Hon’ble High Court of the UT of J&K & Ladakh, in the case titled Saanvi Andotra V/S of Union of India & OR’s. the Seats under CDP category have been kept withheld and the dispensation thereof shall be subject to final outcome of the aforementioned writ petition. However, the meritorious candidates of CDP who found
their position in open merit or have offered their choices for private Institutions have been selected accordingly.

3. It is hereby implored upon the management of all colleges/ institutions to ensure the veracity of documents, particularly the category certificates wherever the admission is to be granted in lieu of particular reserved category. So, far as the persons with disability are concerned, if selected in Open merit or reserved category, it shall be ensured that his/her PWD Certificate/eligibility is in conformity with INC guidelines, regulations framed by the regulatory authority& wherever required shall refer the matter to Medical Board to assess such candidates and make recommendations based on which institution shall take further necessary action. In case any candidate does
not fulfil the benchmarks of eligibility as per INC guidelines, he/she shall not be admitted to the course/institute.

4. The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and shall be cancelled in case any information furnished by
any candidate proves to be false/fabricated, and action as warranted under Law shall be initiated against such candidates.

5. The Principals of colleges /institutions are advised to download the copy of this Notification along with its annexures from the official website of the BOPEE (www.jkbopee.gov.in) for reference and record.

The others terms and conditions shall remain same as notified in e-information Brochure/Notifications/Notices issued by the Board from time to time in this regard.

The Annexure “A” shall be available on official website of the Board www.jkbopee.gov.in only
