J&K Government Promotes 74 JKAS Officers to Time Scale

The Jammu and Kashmir Government has sanctioned the promotion of 74 Junior Scale Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officers to the Time Scale in Pay Level 11.
