Creation of 178 posts in different categories for the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.

Sanction is hereby accorded to the creation of following 178 (One hundred seventy eight) posts in different categories to the
extent number of posts shown against each category for the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh:

The above creation is subject to the following conditions :
i. The posts are created in the applicable pay levels as prescribed in the relevant Recruitment Rules governing the
service.
ii. The Hon’ble High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh shall amend the relevant recruitment rules accordingly; and
iii. That the Hon’ble High Court Registry shall follow the notification S.O. No.133 dated 29-03-2022 and S.O.No.151
dated 04-04-2022, issued by General Administration Department and include all Class-IV posts in MTS except Sanitation Workers.
This issues with the concurrence of Finance, Department conveyed vide its U.O. No. FD-Code/24/2025-02-129 dated 27-01-
2025.
