HCL Recruitment 2022: Hindustan Copper Limited has invited online applications from eligible Indian nationals for recruitment to the vacant post of Graduate Engineer Trainee in various disciplines/cadres. There are a total of 84 vacancies reserved for the vacant position in the Hindustan Copper Limited company, out of which 11 are reserved for SC candidates, 06 are for ST candidates, 22 for OBC (NCL), and 8 are reserved for EWS and 37 are for the Unreserved Category. The mentioned position is vacant in multiple disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates who are considering applying for the post should have qualified for the GATE Examination and has valid GATE-2022 and/or GATE-2021 Score in the same discipline as the qualifying degree discipline mentioned in the Essential qualification.

Essential Qualifications for HCL Recruitment 2022:

1. Mining: Full-time Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
2. Survey: Bachelor’s Degree in Mining / Civil Engineering or M. Tech (Geomatics)
3. Geology: Post-Graduation (full-time) in Geology from a recognized Indian University/Institution 
4. Concentrator: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Ore Dressing /Engineering/Technology (Mineral Engineering / Metallurgy / Material Science / Chemical)
5. Electrical: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology (Electrical)
6. Civil: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
7. Mechanical: Full-time Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mining Machinery
8. Instrumentation: Full-time Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Technology (Instrumentation / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication)
9. System: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology (Information Technology / Computer Science) or MBA with specialization in Systems / IT or MCA. 

Applicants scoring at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) in aggregate in the qualifying degree mentioned in the essential qualification table for each cadre/discipline from universities / Institutions recognized by Government / UGC / AIU/ AICTE.

Note:  Final year students of the above-mentioned qualifying degree for each cadre/discipline, whose results are awaited, but otherwise eligible (fulfilling all eligibility criteria) may also apply. However, the Candidate should not have any backlog papers at the end of prescribed period of course and must submit the qualifying degree result/ mark sheet before the date of joining.

Age Limit: The maximum age limit preferred to apply for the vacant post of Graduate Engineer Trainee is 28 years as of the closing date of the receipt of applications.

Salary Details:
Pay scale of Rs.40,000-3%-140,000/- during one year of training with starting basic pay of Rs.40,000/- irrespective of their previous experience or last drawn basic pay in previous organization. 

Application Fee: The candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories will have to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500. and all other candidates are exempted from paying fees including PwBDs.
