Eligibility:
Experience:-2 to 3 years in Vehicle Integration.
Qualifications:-B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech
Roles and responsibilities: The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Benchmark data collection for Exterior Interior vehicle dimensions as per SAE J1100 in Standard template.
- Benchmarking for Occupant protection and Side Impact dimensions.
- Collect Passenger compartment Integration must and wants from assembly and service.
- Collect lessons learnt from other projects on the overall vehicle passenger compartment and ensure implementation.
- Preparation of Seating Buck.
- Functional block diagrams, Interface mapping Clearance Clash analysis.
- Generate Individual lessons learnt document at respective gateways.
- Collect lessons learnt from other projects on assembly DMU and ensure implementation.
- Collect must and wants from assembly team.
- Collect tentative Process Flow Chart for Identifying DMU Assay DVP.
- Identify Assembly DMU DVP with CME team.
- Conduct DMU Assembly simulations of vehicle systems for Assembly feasibility, operator reach tool reach.
- Assembly simulation DVP signoff by VV Gateway.
- Digital to actual monitoring of assembly on prototype vehicle builds.
