Educational Qualification:
- Project Manager: BE/B-tech- Civil with 8 years experience in Highways/Road Sector Company.
- Manager-Finance and Accounts: CA/CMA with 5 years experience in Highways/Road Sector Company.
- Manager – Highway Maintenance: BE/B-tech- Civil with 5 years experience in Highways/Road Sector Company.
- Manager-HR & Admin: MBA-HR-Regular, Minimum 5 years experience in relevant Sector.
- Assistant Manager- Admin: MBA/BBA or Equivalent with 3 years experience in relevant Sector.
- Deputy Manager-Commercial and Contracts: BE/B-tech- Civil with 3 years experience in Highways/Road Sector Company. LLB Preferred.
- Accountant: CA/CMA with a Minimum 1 year of experience Or M.com/B.com with minimum 3 years of Experience in a Highways/Infra Sector Company.
Age Limit:
- The maximum age limit for the posts of Manager-Finance and Accounts, Manager – Highway Maintenance, Manager-HR & Admin, Assistant Manager- Admin and Deputy Manager-Commercial & Contracts is 35 years.
- The maximum age limit for the post of Project Manager is 40 years.
- The maximum age limit for the post of Accountant is 30 years.
