Kashmir University Jobs: A walk-in interview for a tenure vacancy of Project Assistant under the project entitled “Understanding the molecular mechanisms of translational reprogramming during cancer shall be held in the Department of Biotechnology, University of Kashmir, Srinagar on 30th Nov 2022 at 11:30 am in the office of the undersigned.
Name of the post: Project Assistant
Eligibility: M.Sc. Biotechnology /Biochemistry/Clinical Biochemistry/allied with more than 60% marks and skills in animal cell culture and genetic engineering (CRISPR/Cas).
Desirable: The candidates with NET/SET shall be preferred.
Salary: 20,000 per month.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project and will be initially for the period of one year and can be extended on the basis of performance every year for a maximum period of four years.
2. The terms and condition for the appointment of the human resource remains enforced as per the University guidelines.
3. The decision of the Competent Authority regarding the selection of the candidates will be final and no representations will be entertained in this regard.
Note: No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview.
