In a heart-wrenching incident, a marriage party was attacked by the government forces in Trumgund area of Sopore on Sunday afternoon, locals said.
Local sources told Rising Kashmir, nine persons were injured in the incident after forces showered pellet on the marriage function.
One person indentified as Parvaiz Ahmed Naikoo was severely injured by pellets. He has received injures in his chest and was admitted to sub-district hospital Kreeri.
