Subject : Selection List of Candidates under PARVAAZ Scheme for free coaching for NEET/JEE examinations.
Whereas, applications were invited from eligible candidates for availing free benefit of coaching for JEE and NEET examinations under PARVAAZ Scheme of Mission Youth. The minimum cut-off score for consideration under the coaching program was kept as 60 merit points as per the devised marking scheme;
Whereas, under scheme guidelines 30% of the seats are reserved for females and 10% of seats are reserved for exceptional cases to be nominated by the competent authority in the Government;
Whereas, provisional merit list of 810 candidates was issued on 31-10.2022 and candidates were directed to attend physical counselling for preference submission & document verification from 4 – 11-2022 to 10-11-2022. In response, the physical counselling was attended by 306 candidates. Due to poor response of candidates for JEE coaching. it was decided to divert the unutilized slots to NEET candidates for coaching. Due to non-attendance of enough female candidates vis-a-vis reserved slots. the un-utilized slots were diverted to male candidates as per scheme guidelines:
Whereas, some candidates submitted income undertaking instead of income certificate during physical verification of documents. It is clear in the undertaking that candidate shall have to submit income certificate at the time of admission;
Based on the outcome of document verification and preference submitted by candidates, the selection list along with waiting list is being issued with allotted institutes to the candidates (Annexure-A) :

The candidates figuring in this selection list shall note the following important points :
All the selected/provisionally selected candidates shall report at the allotted institution by or before 23-11-2022. Formal classes shall begin from 23-11-2022.
The candidates shall submit the following documents at the coaching institutes at the time of admission :
a. Admission Form (Annexure- B)
b. D.O.B Certificate
c. 12th and 10th Marksheets
d. Domicile Certificate
e. Income Certificate (mandatory submission by or before 23-11-2022)
f. Photo-Identity Proof g. Affidavit as per format (Annexure- C) Self-Attested photocopies of each of the document shall be submitted.
Failure of the candidate to join in time or failure to submit the documents by or before the stipulated time shall lead to cancellation of selection and operation of waiting list.
Candidates whose submitted preference was not available have also been kept in the waiting list. The waiting list shall be operated in case of any vacancies created due to non-admission/cancellation of admission. Therefore. the candidates in the waiting list are advised to keep their documents ready also.
Terms and conditions of the program shall be as notified in the notification dated 17.09-2022.
Candidates shall have to ensure the following during the course of coaching program :
a. Maintain a minimum of 90% attendance during the program.
b. Unauthorized absence by any candidate for more than 15 days without any Justified reason shall lead to removal from the coaching program and recovery of fee along with 10% penal interest from the candidate.
c. Candidate shall not be allowed to leave the coaching program mid-way without any reasonable cause. CEO. Mission Youth shall be final authority to decide the genuineness of reason
