The MeT department Kashmir has stated that the valley is likely to receive season’s first widespread snowfall from 4th December( Saturday) evening which will last till 6th December, with 5th December to have more widespread snowfall.
Plains are to receive light snowfall (2-3 inches), while as in higher reaches moderate to heavy snowfall will be witnessed said Sonam Lotus, Director MeT.
