Irritated after continuous query about what is in his luggage a 63-year old man uttered ‘bomb’ and along with his wife was not allowed to board the flight at the Cochin International Airport.
As the staff at the check-in counter asked them what was in their luggage, the irked husband said ”bomb”, triggering a panic, following which airport security was informed.
They were handed over to the Nedumbassery police.
The incident happened yesterday at 1.30 am. The man with his wife at the airport was to board a flight.
