• The incumbent must be trained Waza having expertise in the preparation of ethnic Kashmiri Wazwan.
• Minimum 10 years experience in a Hotel/Guest House or in any catering outlet.
• Age Limit: The age should not be above 50 years.
• Wages: Negotiable.
• The final selection shall be based on a trade test to be conducted by the Management.
