Border Security Forces on Monday morning detected an Improvised Explosive Device under a culvert in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Official sources said that a Road Opening Party of E/54 Battalion of BSF detected an IED that was hidden by suspected militants under a culvert in Bhatpora village of Handwara.
