J&K and Ladakh High Court Selection List for Various Posts
Appointments of Jr. Scale Stenographers in the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh pursuant to the notification No. 01/2020 dated 18.09. 2020.
Consequent upon the finalization of selection process and approval accorded by Hon’ble the Chief Justice to recommendations of the Committee for Appointment and Promotion of Officials/Officers of the High Court Staff, following selected candidates (merit and category wise) are temporarily appointed as Jr. Scale Stenographers in Level-6B (Rs.35600-112800) in the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh:

Note :
The appointees belonging to Kashmir Division shall join before the Registrar Judicial, High Court Wing Srinagar and those belonging to Jammu Division shall join before the Registrar Judicial, High Court Wing Jammu within a period of 15 days from the date of issuance of this order. In case any appointee fails to join within the stipulated period, his appointment shall be deemed cancelled without any further notice.
The Registrar Judicial concerned shall get the testimonials and antecedents of the appointees verified from the concerned authorities, before drawing their salary.
The appointment of candidates is subject to the satisfactory report about their character, antecedents and the testimonials, if anything adverse is reported against any of them during the course of verification and his/her appointment shall be liable to be terminated/cancelled without any notice.
