The employees ran for cover while CRPF men barged into the office, ransacked official documents and damaged furniture, electronic appliances, doors and windows. All the windowpanes of this three-storey building were smashed by these men with stones, guns and sticks,” Dar said.

Another official said that they have recorded the vandalism in their mobile phones.

“We recorded CRPF vandalism on our cell phones but in wake of gag on mobile internet we can’t share it with anyone. However, we have apprised the authorities who assured probe into the incident,” said an official.

The employees alleged that CRPF men lobbed tear-smoke shells inside the rooms of the office building and even thrashed employees without any provocation. (CNS)
