India has been reportedly left out of a crunch meeting by Russia over the escalating situation in Afghanistan.
As the Taliban continues its offensive in Afghanistan, Russia has stepped up efforts to reach out to all key stakeholders in the war-torn country to stop the violence.
The “extended Troika” meeting is scheduled to be held in Qatar on August 11.
USA, China and Pakistan have been invited to attend as they are thought to be more familiar with the ongoing situation in the Afghan region.
