The real estate policy of Jammu Kashmir will likely be announced during the first real estate convention on Monday, official sources have revealed.
At least 15 companies will sign a Memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the administration to start their operations in Jammu Kashmir. These groups include Medanta, Haldiram, Apollo Group.
The Union Housing and Urban Development Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister of State in PMO Dr. Jitendra Singh, Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha and several other officials and real estate personalities will attend the occasion.
In this conference, real estate policy and legal framework in Jammu Kashmir is likely to be discussed along with the real estate opportunities in Jammu Kashmir.
