JKBOPEE Provisional Selection list for Admission to B-Pharmacy Course 2021
Provisional Selection list (fourth) of candidates for admission to B-Pharmacy Course-2021 at PrabhaHarjilal College of Pharmacy & Preclinical Sciences Madre-eMeharbhan Campus of Health Sciences, Jammu.
Consequent upon receipt of shortfall from Prabha Harjilal College of Pharmacy & Preclinical Sciences, Madre-eMeharbhan Campus of Health Sciences, Jammu, after the last date of joining of candidates pursuant to Notification No: 121- BOPEE of 2021 dated:- 10-11- 2021, the candidates figuring in Annexure “A” to this Notification have been provisionally recommended for admission to B.Pharma Courses -2021 at Prabha Harjilal College of Pharmacy & Preclinical Sciences, Madre-eMeharbhan Campus of Health Sciences, Jammu.
The provisionally selected candidates figuring in Annexure “A” are advised to report the college for admission along with documents w.e.f 23-11-2021 to 27-11-2021 upto (3:00 pm
Domicile Certificate
Marks Card of 12th class examination with PCM/PCM.
DOB Certificate
Any other documents are required by the concerned Colleges.
The Principal of the concerned College shall get above mentioned original certificates of the concerned candidates verified by the In-charge College Admission Committee and countersigned by him/ her before allowing the candidates to complete their admission formalities.
However the Board has annexed Annexure “B” as a waiting list to this Notification against the provisionally selected candidates which shall be operative w.e.f 28-11-2021 to 01- P 7 12-2021 with the direction to the College authority that they will
admit the candidates against the short fall, if any, for Annexure “A” on the last date i.e 01-12-2021, purely on the basis of r.Rank mentioned in the annexure “B” to this Notification and not on the basis of first cum first serve.
The College shall submit shortfall of candidates, if any, who did not join the College to 4 BOPEE Office Jammu/ Srinagar on 02-12-2021 upto 05.00 PM
Note:
As already notified in Notification No.082-BOPEE of 2021 dated 01-09-2021, the seats under TFW category shall be filled up during conduct of second/third rounds of counselling or as may be decided by the Board.
The candidates who fail to join against the allotted seat(s) shall not be eligible to participate in subsequent round of counseling under any circumstances.
The other terms and conditions shall remain same as notified in various Notifications/ Notices issued by the Board from time to time in this regard
