Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (BOSE) Announces Shift in Examination Centers for HSE-I and HSE-II 2025

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (BOSE) has issued an important notification regarding changes to examination centers for the upcoming HSE-I (Class 11th) and HSE-II (Class 12th) Annual (Regular) 2025 examinations. The announcement, dated January 25, 2025, addresses the stakeholders, particularly students from Govt. Boys Higher Secondary School Yaripora in Kulgam.

Shifted Examination Centers

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the examination centers for the following classes have been shifted:

  • Class HSE-I (11th): Originally scheduled at Govt. Girls HSS Yaripora “A”, the new center is now T.I.A.I Yaripora.
  • Class HSE-II (12th): Similarly, the examination center for this class, previously fixed at Govt. Girls HSS Yaripora “A”, has also been shifted to T.I.A.I Yaripora.

Immediate Effect

These changes are effective immediately, and all candidates are advised to take note of the updated examination center details. The police station for the new centers remains Yaripora.

  • Order No: SOK(HSE-I/II/EXAM-AR-25)

Steps Taken:

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education has communicated this change to all relevant authorities and stakeholders for smooth implementation. The following actions have been taken:

  • A request has been made to the concerned departments to update the center names online and on the official BOSE website.
  • The Principal of Govt. Boys/Girls Higher Secondary School Yaripora has been informed for necessary arrangements at the new center.
  • Superintendent of centers No. 204024 and 304022 has been directed to ensure proper execution of the arrangements.

Students and staff are advised to stay updated and make the necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth examination process.
