A special police officer (SPO), and his associate have gone missing with two weapons from the residence of a BJP activist in North Kashmir’s Kupwara.
Sources told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that the SPO was on guarding duty during night hours when he decamped with weapons along with associate.
Sources said that an alert had been sounded across the district in this regard.
A senior police official while confirming the incident to Kashmir News Service, (KNS), said that investigation has been launched and further details will be shared accordingly. (KNS)
